Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to selling products and services while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients. Our ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have a large capacity for learning. A knowledge of Scottish or Irish heritage would be a definite necessity. This is a seasonal part time position. Running approximately September until end of January.

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Utilize strong customer service skills to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and sales reporting.




Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or retail sales is necessary
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Solid customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn about products and services offered.
