The Fantasia Academy of Music is looking for a piano instructor, who can ideally also teach other instruments or voice. However, the ability to teach additional instruments is not a requirement.

Qualifications:
ARCT Diploma or post-secondary music education
Minimum 1 year teaching experience
Patient and kind with students
Can travel to students' locations in and close to Vancouver
Experience or knowledge of teaching online (e.g. through Zoom)
Responsible and punctual

Assets:
Can teach other instruments/voice in addition to piano (preferred but not required)
Bilingual/multi-lingual - can teach in a language other than English (e.g. Mandarin/Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi etc.)
Experience teaching adults as well as children

In-person lessons are primarily taught at students' locations. Therefore, the teacher should have access to a car or another form of reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
