Duties
Install a wide range of window treatments utilizing hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, levels, and saws
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or installation instructions to guide each project
Securely mount brackets, tracks, and hardware with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal
Adjust and fine-tune installed products for optimal operation and appearance
Measure window openings accurately using tape measures and schematics to ensure perfect fitment of blinds or shades
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on product selection and placement
Maintain a clean work area during and after installations, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Requirements
Proven experience with hand tools and basic construction techniques
Ability to read order sheet, schematics, or technical drawings effectively
Familiarity with installation procedures
Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and tool handling
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and adjustments
