Live-In Caregiver / Personal Support Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-In Caregiver / PSW to support a palliative client with limited mobility. The client has minimal care requirements, with the primary focus being on comfort, companionship, and appropriate support while government-funded PSWs provide their scheduled services.

Responsibilities
Provide companionship and ensure the client is comfortable and appropriately supported.
Assist with basic day-to-day needs as required.
Support and coordinate with visiting government-funded PSWs.
Monitor the client's comfort and report any concerns to the family.
Prepare meals if preferred; meals are also provided by the family.
Maintain a clean and comfortable living setting.




Follow the family's care instructions and established routines.

Requirements
Previous caregiving, PSW, or home-care experience preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Comfortable working in a live-in workplace.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide attentive companionship and basic support.
References are an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

$2,000/month, paid monthly
