Harbour City Kitchens is seeking an experienced cabinet installer (subcontractor) to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be installing high-quality custom cabinetry in homes, offices and multi-unit developments throughout Greater Victoria, working alongside a respected local company with a solid reputation for quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities
Install preassembled kitchen cabinets and countertops
Accurately fit, level, align and secure cabinetry to exact specifications
Review plans, drawings and work orders before installation
Coordinate with the service department to regarding measurements, deficiencies, shortages and site conditions
Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project information
Ensure a clean,



organized and safe work environment during and after installation
Adhere to WorkSafeBC requirements and safety standards

Qualifications
Previous cabinet installation experience
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Own skilled installation tools
Reliable vehicle and transportation
WorkSafeBC coverage or ability to obtain coverage
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
