Duties
Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs
Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance options clearly and confidently
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




Maintain organized records of service orders, work performed, and customer interactions

Experience
Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge to understand vehicle issues effectively
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling additional services or products
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with automotive systems, repair processes, and dealership operations is a plus
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$42.00 per hour
