We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Building Manager for one of our residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently provide service excellence and resident support,
Supervising cleaners and ensuring cleanliness of facility & grounds,
Supervising maintenance staff and repairs of units,
Prepare, show & lease units,
Collect rent,
On-call every 2nd weekend and select week-nights,
Other building duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:




Preference for those with 1 Year’s Previous,
Residential property management experience,
Comfortable with managing a team and projects,
Adaptable, friendly, and a team player is essential,
Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/Outlook),
Maintenance skills (basic repairs, painting, and cleaning),
Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.
