We are looking for a reliable, confident, and experienced individual to join the Kidz Kingdom team in a leadership-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, supporting staff, interacting with families, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to staff during scheduled shifts.
Ensure employees are following Kidz Kingdom policies, safety procedures, cleaning standards, and daily expectations.
Monitor the playground and facility to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming workplace.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, Square POS, inventory, and daily checklists.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and difficult situations professionally.
Delegate tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed throughout the shift.
Help train, coach, and support current and existing employees.
Oversee birthday parties, group visits, and busy periods when required.
Complete incident reports and communicate important concerns or operational issues.
Take initiative and make appropriate decisions when situations arise.




Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding staff performance, maintenance, inventory, customer concerns, and other store matters.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory, team-lead, customer service, childcare, recreation, retail, hospitality, or similar environment.
Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Confident providing direction and holding team members accountable.
Dependable, organized, mature, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Robust attention to cleanliness and safety.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be comfortable completing a Criminal Record Check.
