Duties
Perform thorough cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring high-quality results.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning tasks.
Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to assess the condition of floor surfaces and determine the best cleaning methods.
Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate with clients regarding their needs, preferences, and any concerns during the cleaning process.
Handle heavy lifting as necessary when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies used in the cleaning process.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpet cleaning.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering clean results.
