Duties
Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals
Support participation in community activities, social events, and recreational outings to promote engagement and social skills
Administer medication following prescribed protocols and document all medication administration accurately




Use effective communication skills to facilitate understanding and expression
Observe and report on individuals’ progress, behaviors, and any concerns to the care team
Foster a safe, respectful workplace by adhering to health and safety standards at all times

Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
Experience in caregiving roles with a compassionate approach to supporting diverse needs
Ability to administer medication safely and follow detailed protocols
