Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment with precision and safety in mind
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components, including panels, frames, and mechanical parts
Conduct mechanical inspections to identify additional issues requiring attention during repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the repair process
Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure high-quality results
Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress and completion status
Requirements
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
Experience with automotive repair processes from collision assessment to final detailing
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy parts safely
Mechanic experience or relevant technical training is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills
