What You’ll Do
As Assistant Service Manager, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager and Service Department team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and productive day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and coaching Service Advisors
Helping drive CSI and customer satisfaction
Assisting with daily service department operations
Handling customer concerns and ensuring issues are resolved professionally
Monitoring workflow, productivity, and service department performance
Helping develop a positive, high-performing team environment
Stepping in to support the Service Manager and department as required
