Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for freight transportation, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies between Montreal and Ottawa
Load, secure, and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation laws
Assist with automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to maintain vehicle performance
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups,



and freight handling activities
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during transit to ensure the safety of yourself and others

Pay rate: $23/hour or 56 cents per mile

Experience
Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving
Basic automotive repair skills or familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices
Solid understanding of safety regulations related to commercial transportation and heavy equipment use
