Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance
Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, answer questions, and recommend tire solutions
Lift heavy tires safely during installation and removal to prevent injury while maintaining productivity
Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of old tires and materials in accordance with safety standards




Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable tire products or maintenance services

Experience
Dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
Hands-on mechanic experience demonstrating mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment in an automotive setting
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or removal
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tire sales, and basic vehicle maintenance practices
