Giordano Canada is looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail team as Store Advisors & Supervisors. If you enjoy fashion, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced store environment, this role is a great opportunity to develop your retail and sales skills.

At Giordano, our team members are the face of the brand. Store Advisors play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while helping customers discover products that match their style and needs.

What You'll Do

As a Store Advisor, you will help create an engaging and positive store experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and assisting them throughout their shopping journey
Helping customers find the right styles, sizes, and products
Recommending additional items and sharing product knowledge
Processing purchases using the store’s POS system
Maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
Supporting daily store operations including restocking and product organization
Staying informed about current collections, promotions, and product features
Contributing to a friendly and team-oriented store workplace

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable,



and enjoy interacting with customers.

Ideal candidates will have:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work in a busy retail environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional languages are considered a strong asset when serving our diverse customer base.

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
