Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in rapid-paced restaurant environments. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Food industry experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
