As a Snow Plow Operator and Tractor Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining clear and safe roadways for our community.
Duties
Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways of snow and ice.
Operate one of Tractor blowers
Conduct routine maintenance checks on snow plow machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to develop efficient snow removal strategies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and others.
Experience
Previous experience operating heavy machinery, particularly snow plows, is preferred
Familiarity with mechanical systems related to snow removal equipment.
Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in various maintenance tasks.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
