Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing drywall and a robust commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing drywall panels according to project specifications while working safely and efficiently with other construction professionals.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
Install drywall using screws, nails, or other approved fastening methods.
Ensure drywall panels are properly aligned, level, and securely fastened.
Cut openings for doors, windows, electrical outlets, plumbing, and other fixtures.
Install drywall around corners, ceilings, bulkheads, and other architectural features.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Work closely with drywall finishers and other construction team members to meet project timelines.
Inspect installed drywall for proper alignment, fastening, and overall quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and construction site requirements.
Handle and transport drywall sheets, materials,



and tools safely.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Drywall Installer or in a similar construction role is required.
Experience with drywall installation on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with drywall tools, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install drywall panels.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and strength to lift drywall sheets and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and working overhead for extended periods.
