We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and proficient in operating heavy equipment on active job sites.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, and backhoes
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety requirements
Load, move, and grade materials including soil, gravel, and debris
Work closely with site supervisors and ground crew to ensure efficient operations
Maintain a clean and protected work setting at all times

Requirements:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment
Valid operator certification and/or licenses as required




Solid understanding of construction site safety practices
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Physically capable of handling the demands of the role

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, roadwork, or excavation
Ability to read basic plans or grade markings
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
