Markham Metals Ltd (Cobourg Division) is currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Wire Sorting Operator to contribute and work as part of our growing scrap metal depot network.

The ideal candidate will be a positive team member, hard-working, punctual, enjoy working with their hands and have adaptable availability.

Job Description:
Performs the inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of cables and wires
Perform the daily inspection on the machine
Other general duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Must have experience in the secure operation of forklift
Work well under pressure
Any interest or knowledge in the automotive or scrap metal industry will be considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
