Looking for 1 seasonal worker for harvest 2026

Looking for 1 full time worker for 40hrs per week

Qualifications
Enjoys working outdoors; robust work ethic; physically fit
Ability to focus on task for prolonged period, paying attention to details
Ability to listen to detailed instruction
Able to work alone or in a group setting
Reliable, able to put in extra hours when needed
Self motivated, demonstrate a productive and positive attitude
Handy with tools and materials, mechanically inclined
Some work with animals
Min 2 years Broiler Chicken Farm/Grain Farm Experience an asset
Mechanical Skills an asset
Equipment operation experience an asset




Valid Class 1 drivers license an asset
Must have valid class 5 license and clean driving record
Own transportation
Accomodation a possibility

Hours and Advantages
Work will consist 40+ hours a week + evenings and weekends during seeding and harvest.
Starting wage of $20-$25 per hour, depends on experience
Job is permanent full time
Start date is ASAP
Daily broiler chicken barn work
making chicken feed at on farm feed mill
Shop work
Basic mechanics
Running augers, and smaller equipment
General field work, including but not limited to manure spreading, tillage, tractor, disking, haying
Participate actively in farm’s safety initiatives, policies, and bio security protocals
