- Own the Engineering Solutions business unit’s revenue, profitability, forecasting, capacity, and P&L; performance
- Develop and execute the annual business plan aligned with Maya HTT’s Services strategy
- Balance customer demand, team capacity, technical capability, and commercial priorities
- Identify growth opportunities through new customers, expanded engagements, new capabilities, and repeatable offerings
- Collaborate with Sales, Services leaders, and technical teams to shape opportunities and customer solutions
- Monitor project and portfolio performance and address commercial or delivery risks
- Lead and develop approximately 15 engineers and software professionals across four countries
- Foster technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Develop technical leaders, coach team members, and support career development
- Coordinate resources across disciplines and geographies
- Serve as a senior customer-facing leader for strategic and complex engineering engagements
- Translate customer engineering, manufacturing, and product-development challenges into achievable technical solutions
- Define solution approaches, estimate effort, identify risks, and support successful delivery
- Build relationships with customer engineering and business stakeholders
- Guide custom engineering software, CAD customization, workflow automation, system integration, manufacturing automation, and engineering data solutions
- Help define AI and agentic approaches to engineering automation, including copilots, LLM and agent integration, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows

Requirements

- Significant experience leading technical or engineering teams in an industrial, engineering software, consulting, or professional-services environment
- Engineering or technical background
- Experience managing a business, portfolio, practice, or team with responsibility for revenue, profitability, budgets, or P&L; performance
- Strong commercial judgment




- Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience defining and delivering complex technical solutions
- Strong ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguous customer requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work from the Montreal area office
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer and team locations
