Conlon Motorsports is seeking a motivated Motorsport / Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a long-standing, family-owned dealership representing industry-leading brands including Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, CFMOTO, Sherco, and Forest River.
This is a full-time career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales workplace and is passionate about delivering a strong customer experience across ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, and Travel Trailers.
Compensation: Commission
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend the best product options
Manage leads efficiently and follow up consistently
Work collaboratively with management to close deals
Maintain accurate sales documentation and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to think from the buyer’s perspective
Valid driver’s license
Must be AMVIC licensed or willing/able to acquire an AMVIC License
