Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and maintenance to develop their skills in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will have dealership or mechanic experience, solid mechanical knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance through routine maintenance and quality service.

Duties
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to service vehicles
Assist with other automotive repair tasks as needed, including tire rotations and brake inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency




Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
Promote additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate to support sales goals

Requirements
Dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the team

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
