We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and satisfied. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy service periods.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and secure food handling practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances the dining experience.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
