Duties
Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in cooking hotpot dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food preparation stations and storage spaces
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling hotpot components
Support food service operations during busy hours by managing orders efficiently and communicating effectively with team members
Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs promptly
Experience
Working knowledge working in commercial kitchen and knife; Experience as a kitchen staff or sous-chef required;
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, especially related to hotpot or Asian cuisine;
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting demonstrates solid multitasking skills and adaptability
Passionate in food and beverage; Team collaborations skills
