Job Duties
Efficient & accurate inventory cycle counts.
Ensure First-In-First Out inventory rotation.
Stage production requirements.
Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
Receive shipments as assigned.
Unloading of deliveries, labelling and properly storing of materials.
Ability to meet deadlines
General cleaning and other duties within the warehouse
Requirements
Narrow Aisle Forklift Certification is a must
Counterbalance Forklift Certification is a must
Class 5 Drivers license with clean drivers abstract and the ability to drive a 5 Ton Truck is a must
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in the warehouse operation.
Experience in inventory counts and procedures.
Working experience in Shipping and Receiving or Inventory Role.
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Basic mathematical skills.
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
Positive organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
Robust work ethic and positive team attitude.
Working Conditions
Job requires ability to work with a variety of equipment.
Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (eg. Hard-hat, safety boots, etc.)
Overtime as required.
Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
Work is performed near moving mechanical parts, where the noise level is generally loud
This position may be exposed to elements such as cold temperatures, dust, odors, and fumes.
