We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant with a valid IV Sedation Certificate to join our surgical team.

This position is ideal for an RDA who is confident working in a surgical setting, enjoys assisting with complex procedures, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta.
Current IV Sedation Certificate.
Experience assisting with IV sedation and oral surgery procedures.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced surgical workplace.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities




Assist the dentist during IV sedation and surgical procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and support post-operative care.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Ensure infection prevention and sterilization standards are met.
Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients before, during, and after treatment.
