Physical Demands:
Walking and standing for long periods of time
Is able to lift and carry up to 25 kg / 50 lbs
Operate large and heavy equipment
Transition between cold (e.g. freezer) and hot (e.g. oven)
Receive large deliveries and organize by following FIFO twice weekly

Job description:
Organize inventoried items in the BOH (back of house)
Clean the Walk-in Fridge/Freezer
Maintain the BOH neat and clean

REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and carry up to 25 KG/50LB
