Duties
Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and consistent discipline strategies
Maintain a clean, organized workplace that adheres to health and safety standards
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and any concerns
Assist with meal times,

Skills
Proven childcare experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
Level two child care certification
Strong teaching abilities combined with a compassionate caregiving approach
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and team members
Ability to create engaging activities that support developmental milestones
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards relevant to childcare settings
