Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment.
