Brief outline of Job duties:
Ensures all deliveries are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Answer all customer, driver and staff inquires
Ensures that FCL deliveries are complete
Ensures that customers are informed of additional costs
Ensures that customers are informed of any issues
Send all POD’s / enter all POD’s
Support other members of dispatch
Ensures instructions are clear and detailed
Ensures all deliveries are updated in dispatch menu
Plan, set up and assign next day dispatch to drivers
Ensures Rv’s are secured and or Cancelled in a timely manner




Update FCL status for communication log at last container check
Track / Trace container status through CN / CP website

This is a full time position and is an afternoon shift dispatcher (11am- 730pm) MON - FRI

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
