Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Engage store visitors, offer product knowledge on licensed sports merchandise, and assist customers in finding the right apparel.
Store Operations: Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system; assist with inventory check-ins, tagging, and floor replenishment.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain high store presentation standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, fold/hang apparel, and keeping sales floors clean and organized.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current sports seasons, team gear releases, and promotional offers to deliver informed recommendations to fans.Qualifications & Requirements
Previous retail, customer service experience preferred.
Robust passion for sports, athletic apparel, and fan gear.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout shifts, including lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shopping periods.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
