TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. is seeking to add qualified, outgoing, self motivated Inside Sales Rep, with direct transportation industry experience.
Located in Scarborough, ON., TOTAL Transportation provides specialized warehousing and transportation services including blanket wrap, white glove and inside delivery. We provide skilled transportation solutions to very elite corporate customers moving computers, electronics, medical systems and other high value items. As a valued member of our team, you will directly support the growth of sales and operations.
Key Job Duties:
Provide quoting assistance for certain customer and account inquiries.
Assist Sales Management with customer and market outreach, as directed.
Assist Sales Management with proposals or sales presentations, as needed.
Handle emails and calls with authority and professionalism.
Coordinate shipment bookings with Sales, Customer Service and Operations Teams.
Accurately enter & process data and maintain master company lists.
Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales and operations team.
Qualifications:
Must have a background in transportation, moving or logistics.
Outgoing personality and comfortable engaging with customers.
Interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus when needed.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must have own vehicle to commute to work on a daily basis.
Compensation will be negotiated based on past experience.
This is an in office position and not remote.
