Duties
Assess patients’ sleep respiratory status and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
Monitor patient responses to treatments, adjusting interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to respiratory therapy and nursing practices.
Skilled in mask fitting and poitive airway pressure to treat slepp apnea.
Compassionate communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
