Duties
Operate sewing machines and related equipment to assemble, alter, or repair garments and textiles efficiently and accurately
Follow detailed patterns, sketches, or technical instructions to ensure precise stitching and finishing
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
Make necessary adjustments or alterations based on customer requests or quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly handle all sewing tools and materials
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship




Communicate effectively with customers or supervisors regarding project details or special requests

Requirements
Basic math skills for measuring fabric lengths, seam allowances, and pattern adjustments
Customer service experience or a friendly attitude when interacting with clients or team members
Prior sewing experience or training is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
