Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Sandwich Maker / Deli Clerk to join our team at our Burnaby Heights location. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, have a passion for food, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve sandwiches, cold cuts, and beverages
Promote food products
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and grills
Receive and stock inventory as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is preferred
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portion sizes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
-Experience preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages is considered an asset.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
