We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations during the Afternoon and Evening shifts. Duties
Supervise food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Oversee daily restaurant operations during afternoon and evening hours, including opening and closing procedures
Manage team members through interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to build a motivated and effective staff
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations




Lead by example in food industry best practices, including kitchen management, food presentation, and hospitality excellence

Experience
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience across various restaurant settings
Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms for sales transactions
Background in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency
Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, bartending or barista experience is a plus
