Become a Behavioral Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy, focusing on children diagnosed with Autism. Part-time, flexible hours make it easier to balance your schedule while providing essential support.

In this independent contractor position, you’ll work directly with children, applying ABA strategies under the guidance of a Senior Therapist. Applicants must be ready for a minimum of 4 hours weekly, with an emphasis on effective communication and cooperation with families, as well as recording data for assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct focused ABA sessions tailored for each child
• Collaborate with RBA and implement their guidance
• Maintain organized records and data for progress tracking




• Communicate effectively with families and other staff
• Arrive on time, equipped for every session

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in therapy roles
• Robust skills in time management and organization
• Degree or diploma in a related discipline
• Reliable transportation for travel to sessions
• Strong collaborative abilities within a team environment
