This position plays a crucial role in the Alberta Ballet School community, reporting to the Head of Residence. As a Residence Assistant, you’ll provide care for students ages 12 to 20, including personal support during crises, overseeing housekeeping, and managing meal services. You will also coordinate group activities to promote inclusivity and engagement among students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure student availability during shifts
• Support students with personal hygiene and accommodation upkeep
• Assist during emotional and physical crises




• Supervise meal preparation and cleanup

Requirements:
• Experience in youth care in residential settings
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
