This is a combined administrative and clinical support position. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, skilled, and comfortable working with patients in a busy dental environment.
Requirements
CDA I – Required
Previous dental office experience preferred
Administrative/reception experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of dental terminology
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Robust computer and organizational skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Ability to multitask and work independently
Tracker software experience is an asset
Responsibilities
Front-desk and general administrative duties
Answering phones and communicating with patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Managing referrals and correspondence
Patient follow-ups
Maintaining patient records
Assisting with insurance claims and predeterminations
Preparing treatment rooms and providing clinical support within CDA Level I scope
Sterilization and infection-control duties
Supporting dentists, specialists, and other team members as needed
