Kamloops Large Animal Veterinary Clinic is looking for a mature, dependable, and organized Clinic Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role that combines reception, client service duties, assisting in our clinic pharmacy and general clinic duties. No veterinary pharmacy experience is required; training will be provided.
We are looking for an individual who has attention to detail, has the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and can engage with the clientele.
Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and qualified manner
Answering and directing telephone calls
Responding to client inquiries and assisting with appointment scheduling
Following clinic admission and patient protocols
Assisting with the preparation and organization of veterinary prescriptions under the direction of the veterinary team
Receiving, organizing, and stocking clinic inventory
Monitoring inventory levels
Maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy and reception area
Communicating with veterinarians and other team members throughout the day
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
