Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Salad Station team member to join our vibrant Italian restaurant. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for preparing fresh salads and supporting overall food service operations. Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of fresh salads according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and garnishing dishes.
Support the kitchen team with meal assembly and ensuring timely service during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, safe meals for guests.
Help with general food service duties,



including serving guests and assisting front-of-house staff when needed.
Contribute to a positive team workplace by communicating effectively with colleagues.

Skills
Prior food handling or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key.
Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly techniques.
Understanding of food safety standards within a restaurant setting.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills related to salad preparation and kitchen operations.
