Blue Steel is currently looking for hard working and reliable individuals to work in our Millet Pipe Yard as Loader Operator. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment as well as on an individual basis. A valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and steel toes boots is required. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to the following:
Must be able to perform the essential duties efficiently and safely
Adhere to Blue Steel Safety Training policies and guidelines
Loading and unloading Trucks
Tallying and Racking Pipes
Using hands and essential equipment to unload pipe, collaring pipe
Using a crowbar to push and pull the pipes to tighten the rack
Assist with load securement consistent with company policies
Inspect physical conditions of pipe yard and equipment, and ordering testing, maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary
Maintain pipe yard cleanliness in compliance with safety policies
Communicate assure efficient and timely deliveries




Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments; ensuring that daily cycle counting, and other inventory management functions are performed timely and thoroughly
Be capable of heavy lifting, climbing, reaching, bending.
Participate in training programs as required by the Company.
Year-round outdoor working conditions
Safely operating equipment, including minor maintenance
All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
