Holiday Inn Ottawa East is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team.

If you’re a night owl who enjoys working independently, helping guests, and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout the night.
Check guests in and out and assist with any questions or requests.
Handle reservations, payments, and basic front desk duties.
Complete the nightly audit and ensure the day’s transactions are accurate.
Prepare reports and complete end-of-day procedures.
Respond to guest concerns and handle overnight requests.
Monitor the hotel and report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
Work closely with the morning team to ensure a smooth handover.

What We’re Looking For
Previous hotel or front desk experience is an asset.
Comfortable working overnight and independently.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.




Good communication and computer skills.
Solid attention to detail and basic math skills.
Reliable and dependable.
Able to stay calm and handle unexpected situations.
Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Type: Part time / Casual
Schedule: Overnight shifts; flexibility required
