SM Polymers Inc. continues to grow!

We are a plastic resin distributor located Fergus Ontario with sales across North America.

This is a Full Time Jr position, with future room for advancement.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Help process customer orders.
Update customers regarding their order status.
Prepare Fed Ex shipping documents
Update and manage company databases.
Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
Liaise with third party service providers
Shipment Tracking & Reporting
General office duties, including filing and ordering supplies
Assisting with purchasing, including following up on orders and receiving inventory
Attention to detail and multitasking are essential requirements

Industry experience, a working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office would be an asset.



Customer Service and Logistics experience would be a bonus.

Salary $24/hr to start (or more depending on Experience).

After a 3-month probationary period there will be a further increase and potential enrollment in our perks plan.
