Join StoneRidge Insurance Brokers as a Personal Lines Account Manager. This role focuses on providing exceptional client experiences and maintaining a agile personal lines portfolio in Halifax, NS. This permanent, full time position is in-office, where you will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts and managing renewals and endorsements.

You will be instrumental in assisting clients with policy advice and ensuring accurate documentation within our broker management system. Key Responsibilities:
Grow and service a personal lines insurance portfolio
Handle recent business and policy renewals comprehensively
Advise clients on coverage and claims support
Maintain accurate and organized records in our system
Collaborate effectively with carriers and team members

Requirements:
Level 1 or RIBO provincial insurance license needed
At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and broker management tools
CAIB, CIP, or other insurance designations preferred
