Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines to ensure they are functioning properly
Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and prize redemption processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces
Handle cash transactions accurately for game credits, prizes, or food sales when applicable
Engage with guests through friendly conversation, public speaking,



and promoting upcoming events or specials

Experience
Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred, but not required
Robust communication skills to confidently speak with diverse guest groups
Proven customer service background
Experience handling cash transactions accurately in a rapid-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $18.25 per hour
