Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:
Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Enter orders into the Cash register system and ensure accuracy
Relay orders to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
Process guest payments accurately using cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Knowledge of cashiering procedures and handling cash transactions
Familiarity with kitchen operations for effective communication with kitchen staff
Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced environment
Proficient in food service techniques, including proper food handling and preparation
Understanding of the food industry regulations and safety standards
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
