HM Pipe Products Kitchener is currently looking for a full-time Shipper/Receiver & occasional pick-up driver. This candidate will be required to work in warehouse as well as deliver products to customers and pickup returns/products from vendors.
Responsibilities and duties of the candidate will include (but not limited to):
Loading and unloading of products
Providing productive, on-time and accurate deliveries to customers
Verifying and confirming proper shipments of incoming and outgoing materials
Operating a forklift (training will be provided)
Lifting large and heavy items
Organizing and arranging products into specific designated areas of the warehouse
Provide proper organization and cleaning of interior / exterior yard
Participating in daily inventory control and proper customer order selection
Local deliveries and pick ups
Can properly load and secure (straps)
before a delivery
Communicates with customers in a qualified manner and delivers excellent customer service
Ability to work in a productive manner with little supervision
Qualifications and Experience
G class license
Forklift operator certificate is an asset (training can be provided)
Ability to work during inclement weather
Have excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
Quick and fast paced learner
Warehouse experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
